Best practices for getting a fast response: start with the iOS version (Settings → General → About), the iPhone model, and a one-line description of what you tried versus what happened. A screenshot helps for visual bugs.

Response time is usually within 48 hours on weekdays. Slower on weekends and Norse holidays.

For App Store review-level urgency (a paying user is locked out of premium, a crash on launch), put URGENT in the subject line.
